De wereldwijde recessie is aan de Nederlandse woningmarkt niet voorbijgegaan. De prijzen en de verkoopcijfers zijn gedaald. Ook is er onzekerheid over het vervolg van de crisis. Maar hoeveel huishoudens lopen grote financiële risico's? Was er voor de crisis al een groep financieel kwetsbaar en wat heeft de recessie daaraan veranderd? In dit onderzoek wordt een inschatting gegeven van de risico's. We bekijken hoeveel huiseigenaren hoge woonlasten hebben en risico lopen om na verkoop van de eigen woning een restschuld over te houden, zowel voor als tijdens de crisis.
